Find God
Many people are looking for God. If you’re one of those people, we’d like to share with you. The Bible contains answers to life’s vital questions, and—most important—can help you understand how to have a right relationship with God. Here are some selected verses:
God Loves You
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 (NIV)
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 (NIV)
All Are Sinners
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 (NIV)
As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one Romans 3:10 (NIV)
God’s Remedy for Sin
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 (NIV)
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God John 1:12 (NIV)
All May Be Saved Now
Jesus says: “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20 (NIV)
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 (NIV)
But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. John 20:31 (NIV)
Receive Christ as your Savior Now
Repeat the following: Confessing to God that I am a sinner, and believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins on the cross and was raised for my justification, I now receive and confess Him as my personal Lord Savior.
